History of Smokin' Joe's Bar-B-Que
Our concept at Smokin' Joe's Bar-B-Que is to slow cook a Boston Butt with Hickory and a blend of complimetary seasonings (dry rub) so that the meat itself is so good that it does not need a sauce. Moist, soft hickory taste stand alone! The meat is an excellent product by itself.
We offer seven different sauces so that you may enhance the meat's flavor to satisfy your particular taste.
Every package of "Smokin' Joe's" brand Bar-B-Que has a certain minimum percentage of "outside meat", "bark" - that is impossible to find in any other packaged Bar-B-Que. The "outside meat" is the surprise in the package. It is like finding the 1 or 2 peanuts in a box of Cracker Jacks.
